Patrick Duffy was excellent to work with. He has great follow thru and kept me informed every step of the way as I was awaiting the arrival of the new Crosstrek. Patrick was great to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure. Due to the supply chain shortages, it took about 6 weeks for our car to be delivered, and he did a great job of keeping us informed and no pressure.
