My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying a great 2022 Subaru from Groove. We had purchased a car from Groove six years ago and felt that we were treated poorly and even flippantly. We knew we wanted a particular vehicle for certain reasons, but the concern for our needs were almost laughed at. For example, we wanted to definitely test drive the vehicle more than a couple of bumpy blocks in a small neighborhood, but a few yards of driving were all that was offered. There were other problems as well. We definitely did not think that we would want to actually purchase another vehicle from Groove, but we did want to see what they had. Patrick presented us with totally unexpected thoughtfulness and expertise. His assistant Ryan was a good helper too. They answered a few hundred questions perfectly and explained the many features and functions of the the cars we looked at. They were well-educated about the vehicles and gave us many necessary details and they were fun to work with as well. We will definitely return to Groove whenever we want another car. And we will ask for Patrick Duffy and Ryan to assist us. More

Patrick was our sales contact for our 2022 Crosstrek. We were amazed at the wealth of knowledge Patrick had about the car......... he knew it all, I swear. We were considering a few different models and We were amazed at the wealth of knowledge Patrick had about the car......... he knew it all, I swear. We were considering a few different models and he took the time to explore them all with us. No pressure and we really appreciated that. It was pretty filthy. I was told the car would be detailed in the morning before pickup. I picked it up and they basically washed the outside and very very lightly vacuumed. This was no detail. Door jams covered in dirt and dust, hinges caked in oil/dirt, sand and crumbs everywhere. The floor mats were still covered in sand. And there was trash in the door pocket. I'm sure they're busy and rushing but wow. Patrick is working with me to get the car in for a proper detail. Would have rather had a voucher to schedule it myself. No way would the detail shop have done this xxxx poor of a job on a paying customer or if the car was going to hit the lot. Once this is rectified I will up the star count More
