Priceless Went in with an offer from another dealer. Wanted more proof than an email correspondence. I then asked for their price independent of the best offer Went in with an offer from another dealer. Wanted more proof than an email correspondence. I then asked for their price independent of the best offer I received. The manager, Pat Dazzo, declined to give a price on the vehicle I was interested in and did not want to sell me a car that day. He said to go get the best offer from another dealer in writing with full details of the car and then comeback and see if they can beat it. I already did that Pat! I'm not wasting my time doing more of the same legwork and coming back hoping you will match the offer. What a waste! I will never recommend anyone going to a place where they treat you like they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. Joe Rizza should be ashamed of the way you treat customers. The dealership doesn't even deserve 1 star. More

Great Service. I visited Joe Rizza Acura on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was extremely inviting and helpful. I never I visited Joe Rizza Acura on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was extremely inviting and helpful. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, nor did I feel uncomfortable during the buying process. Ahmad and Pat worked together to get me the I wanted at a price/payment that was within my budget. I did not have to settle for different car. Denise was extremely helpful! She was very personable, courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She even brought me hot chocolate while I waited- since I had a sore throat due to a cold that was forming. I am very pleased with the customer service that was provided, and I would most definitely recommend Joe Rizza Acura to others! More

Great People - Great Service I spent my afternoon at Downtown Acura and was very disappointed with Cocky sales staff - huge turn off for the customer. Headed to Joe Rizza in Orlan I spent my afternoon at Downtown Acura and was very disappointed with Cocky sales staff - huge turn off for the customer. Headed to Joe Rizza in Orland Park (after finding them online) which was another hour from there on Saturday evening in terrible traffic. Got there around 5 pm. Salesperson Jon was amazing. He listened to us and tried to work the numbers and the deal. I was impressed by their customer service having encountered a totally opposite behavior at Downtown Acura on Elston earlier in the day. I came to buy a used car but they gave me an irresistible deal on the new ILX. They closed the deal even though it was way past their closing time and never for a second hurried me into anything. Courteous people who actually love their job - hard to find in this business; mostly car salesperson are pushy. Even though me and most of my friends live in the northern suburbs, I'd still highly recommend Joe Rizza to everybody. Trust me, its worth the drive. More

Rizza Acura A wonderful experience from my first contact with Chris Chojnowski in internet sales. My second contact was with Omar Hammad and that was followed by A wonderful experience from my first contact with Chris Chojnowski in internet sales. My second contact was with Omar Hammad and that was followed by Ahmad Aburas. Each gentleman could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was a wonderful experience...the entire deal was handled through the internet sales dept. When I went to pick up my MDX (fabulous vehicle) Penny Nomikos was the sales rep that took care of me. She took me for my test ride and handled most of the paperwork as well as the final walk through on the MDX. She could not have been any nicer as well. She was, as the other three gentlemen I mentioned above, very professional, courteous and truly helpful in every way. My final contact was with the GM, Pat Dazzo. He was fabulous as well. I can not say enough good things about these people I just mentioned. Great dealership founded on great sales people. It was a pleasure doing business with each and everyone. More

My First Experience This was my first time buying a car myself. I went to car shows, numerous dealerships, and multiple Acura dealerships. I was not getting the type of s This was my first time buying a car myself. I went to car shows, numerous dealerships, and multiple Acura dealerships. I was not getting the type of service I was hoping for when traveling around my area. I started Googling other Acura dealerships around my area and found Joe Rizza in Orland. I was blown away by their knowledge, attentiveness, and understanding of my concerns being a first time buyer. They did not have my car in stock, but found it in 24 hours. I was able to pick it up within a few days and I was driving away in my brand new Acura. Great experience :) More

My overall experience was good. After some back and forth we were able to come to a price I was comfortable with. Omar Hammad was very accommodating and up front with the pricing on the extended warra forth we were able to come to a price I was comfortable with. Omar Hammad was very accommodating and up front with the pricing on the extended warranty and Wheel warranty which I ended up purchasing. I appreciate his honestly and overall service. I was referred here by a friend who purchased a used Acura a few years back and I would recommend Joe Rizza Acura to anyone looking for a new or used Acura. More
