Individuals I was ABLE Contact were polite but in reality your communication sucks. Spent one day with speaker on phone and the phone rang for a solid hour with no answer. Car in dealership for 1 week to ass your communication sucks. Spent one day with speaker on phone and the phone rang for a solid hour with no answer. Car in dealership for 1 week to assess a minor problem, replace some switches (recall) and get an oil change. Not happy and definitely not satisfied. More

Service was horrible, Service Manager never returned phone or texts. After authorizating 7 hours of work to find a problem, it took over 2 months. Couldnt solve the problem didnt work to solve it and phone or texts. After authorizating 7 hours of work to find a problem, it took over 2 months. Couldnt solve the problem didnt work to solve it and communicaton was horrible. Appreciate them taking care of the bill but didnt appreciate being told to never return to Suburban again. I have owned Fords for over 20 years but no more! Good bye Ford Never again, 2 explorers , 2 engines sounds like your problem More

Made an appointment with Parker over the phone. Service light came on and car dud not drive good. During the few days the car was in service Parker contacted me and provided the details. Because the car was a limited edition Mustang Shelby he made sure parking cones were put around the car nightly. When the car was finished he offered to drive it to my house. This is shocking to me but I just receive some outstanding service from Suburban Ford of Waterford. This place must be under new management. I really want to thank my service advisor Alan Sereno for the best experience I have ever had at Suburban Ford of Waterford. As soon as I drove up for service I was greeted by a young man with such a good attitude. It appears Suburban Ford of Waterford has hired some new young people that are anxious to take care of their customers. Great customer service makes me want to come back! Suburban Ford of Waterford had our Transit Connect in their shop for almost 4 months for a warranty job. Parker was awful at staying in touch, would not return calls and messages, and we were provided wi their shop for almost 4 months for a warranty job. Parker was awful at staying in touch, would not return calls and messages, and we were provided with mixed information about parts arriving/timelines when other associates tried to cover for him. Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer for service. More
