I bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla from this dealership in 2022, when I was new to Canada and did not speak English well. The salesperson, **Parker Raaymakers** and his colleague whose name was **Maggie**, pr 2022, when I was new to Canada and did not speak English well. The salesperson, **Parker Raaymakers** and his colleague whose name was **Maggie**, pretended to be helpful and friendly, but they actually tricked me into signing a contract that had several extra coverages that I did not want or need. they also charged me **$28,500** for the car, which was way above the market price, and gave me a high interest rate of **9.25%**. I feel cheated and exploited by this dealership, and I regret trusting them. They took advantage of my language barrier and my lack of knowledge about the car market. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, especially newcomers who are looking for a fair and honest deal. This dealership is dishonest and unprofessional, and they do not care about their customers at all. They only care about making money by any means possible. Stay away from them! More
