Can say this enough my experience with Valley Stream Honda was totally a wonderful and pleasant experience. The salesperson took his time to answer all our questions even if we asked the same questions Honda was totally a wonderful and pleasant experience. The salesperson took his time to answer all our questions even if we asked the same questions multiple times. Explained everything in detailed. Worked with us on our budget and did not push us with any upgrades and additional features. Which I’m super appreciative for. As for the finance rep another 5 star rating worked with us to keep our monthly payment within our budget and provided us with options to choose from . I always hear about bad car buying experience but Valley Steam Honda made my car buying experience a truly wonderful experience and will definitely recommend them in the future. More

Very disjointed experience. 2 sales reps competed for my business and made it difficult to understand who to deal with for the deal. Picking up the car the paperwork was not com 2 sales reps competed for my business and made it difficult to understand who to deal with for the deal. Picking up the car the paperwork was not completed nor was the car prepped was and still on the floor. It was a specialty car which I overpaid 10k for which I understand due to the market. When taking pocession of the car no one asked if I had any questions and some kid threw me the keys. I noticed a scratch on the car and showed the manager which he was uninteresting in addressing and had me take it to the detailer to buff out. What I found baffling was no one said thank you for buying the most expensive car on the lot, my sales rep or the manager. My suggestion is to rethink the customer experience it was not great. The car is great though. More
