I was in need of a new vehicle and found trying to buy one during Covid was extremely difficult. I asked for information over the phone and was very pleased so I took a ride to the dealership. I had an excellent purchasing/trade-in experience at this dealership (bought a new 2020 Camry with a 2007 Camry trade-in). Paul (the salesman) was prompt, friendly, and patient in listening/handling all my q dealership (bought a new 2020 Camry with a 2007 Camry trade-in). Pail Aweeky provided an excellent turn in/purchasing experience. We turned in our 2015 Toyota Camry (also bought at Dayton) for a 2020 Highlander Ltd. I find the technicians who work on the cars extremely knowledgeable and the cars are always kept in touch shape. The service staff who greet and direct cars upon entering the service garage are always polite and helpful. A special shout out to Jyoti Restrepo. We have dealt with Jyoti before with our cars. She is a model employee and should be recognized for her superb customer service skills. She goes out of her way to demonstrate patience to a middle age lady like me when explaining things and is extremely knowledgeable. I hope that you appreciate what a gem you have in her because she is the front end to your business and shines such a positive light on Dayton Toyota. More
