I was in need of a new vehicle and found trying to buy one during Covid was extremely difficult. I asked for information over the phone and was very pleased so I took a ride to the dealership. My wife and I been looking to purchase a RAV4 for a long time and finally comes that we need another car. We visited like 5 Toyota dealers until I came to Dayton and was able to purchase a 2021 RAV4 XLE Hy time and finally comes that we need another car. We visited like 5 Toyota dealers until I came to Dayton and was able to purchase a 2021 RAV4 XLE Hybrid that we wanted to get and it was available on the lot. The other dealership did not have it. I was greeted by Justin as we went in the door. He allowed us to test drive it without any issues. We liked the car and the paperwork went thru very smoothly. I understand the prices are high due to chip shortage and lack of inventory. We had a fair price and able to get a good finance deal so that made my day. I know that I will encounter a salesperson without any knowledge of the car or any power to negotiate the price without having their manager speak to us. We didn't need it. Justin gave us the price and the price was fair. Justin is very well experienced on what he is doing and don't need to give me me a headache on a car purchase. I usually dread going to car dealership as I wasted all day with stupid salesperson interrupting our talk on the phone or back and forth have to talk to the manager BS. We finished the deal in a few hours and off the lot with our new car. Thank you again hope that we will do business again in the future. More
