Terrible Experience We purchased a used car. They did not complete the paperwork correctly and asked us to come back in several days later. Instead we had them come to We purchased a used car. Instead we had them come to our home....which ended up being 3 visits for signatures to complete the paperwork. They obviously don't know what they are doing. In addition we were lied to about Kahu. I spoke two managers about this who said they would get back to me...they did not call me back. Terrible service, very uprofessional and do not know how to complete the transaction properly. Lastly our CPO car needs alignment and we only received one key. Bad experience from every angle. More

Purchase 2018 Ford F150 Came in a couple of weeks ago to look at the vehicle. We were not really able to get a deal at that time. Apparently, vehicle had only been on the lo Came in a couple of weeks ago to look at the vehicle. We were not really able to get a deal at that time. Apparently, vehicle had only been on the lot for a couple of weeks. Came back the last Saturday of the month. Dealership was very busy, many deals going on. This time we were able to negotiate and get a price that was acceptable. Steve Knight did a fantastic job going back and forth to the Sales office and got price down to acceptable. He was running around like a made man, making deal after deal. Once we accepted the deal, it was time to head over to the Finance/Billing office. No financing necessary, but this part of the whole deal was the most painful. Really need to re-evaluate closing procedures. We struggled almost an hour trying to get the paperwork filled out. What a mess. Otherwise, satisfied with the deal and Rick Hendrick. More
