Wonderful experience With the MLs leaving the Mercedes Benz fleet, we decided to upgrade our 2011 350 to a 2015 model. We found a beautiful one on their website, but were With the MLs leaving the Mercedes Benz fleet, we decided to upgrade our 2011 350 to a 2015 model. We found a beautiful one on their website, but were hesitant to drive over 30 miles just to look at it. We purchased our previous ML at Cutler Bay as well and it was an experience that left some flavor of dissatisfaction. However, given the tight deadline, we went there after all that day and were taken care of by Sergio Serrano. While hesitant at first - based on our previous experience - we pretty much instantly felt welcome and in the perfect hands for this undertaking. Sergio was highly knowledgeable of the car itself, very attentive to our needs, likes and dislikes and fun (and patient) with our 5 year old. Buying a car is a lengthy process, we arrived late in the day, mainly because we had not planned on actually buying a car that day. However, with diplomatic negotiations, a great sense of humor, personal tidbits and a trust-worthy and sincere attitude, Sergio sold us our beautiful ML 400 that day. Everyone stayed longer, we basically closed the store. Not once did we feel pushed, rushed or bothersome. What a wonderful experience. When the time has come, I will surely be back to see Sergio. On a side note, Maria, the lady who explained the technical details of our car, took such great care of us, going into great detail, not minding the time this task took. She was very professional, highly likeable and incredibly informed about the features. Mr. Ortiz took care of us in the financial department. Again - nothing but a pleasure. Fast, efficient and highly professional. And all that with a great personality! More

Sadly that does not happen at your service department. I've purchased 3 Mercedes Benz up until now and every time I have been at your service department I've left very upset and disappointed. At the beginning I thought that maybe I just met that one person at a bad day and gave it several other tries but there was no improvement from anybody. They have acted rudely, disrespectfully, and very patronizing. Honestly it's very sad that a respected company such as Mercedes Benz counts on your service department to keep their customers happy and coming back. Here are some tips. never judge by the appearances, you might be surprised; if you say to a costumer that you'll return his call or notify when the car is ready, please DO so; never act like you are better than your costumers and that you'll always have that job regardless of how you treat them; please apologize when you make a mistake, it's only fair; always remember your costumers are spending a ton of money to get what they deserve; and please, please, please, we don't care about your feud with the Coral Gables dealer, it's not ethic that we see or hear how you worry more about passing the ball to one another instead of trying to get our issues solved, after all, you all respond to Mercedes Benz. I really hope you improve when it comes to customer service for the sake of MB's good name and reputation, regardless I'm not going back to your dealer even if you were the last MB dealer on earth. I hope Coral Gables knows how to treat their customers right. More

Be very cautious with this dealership. They practice 'bait and switch' tactics, and rep switching to try and avoid legal retribution. I traveled over 1,000 miles to see one car specifically. Next day I emailed my sales rep, to provide me a quote for the car. He replied with a sales price and stated, tax, title, and fees extra. That is fine. This price seemed good. The second day after having reviewed the car in person, I get a call from another sales person explaining mine was unavailable. I told him I would take the car and to send me the final invoice with everything calculated. I sent the new sales person the price that was quoted to me from the dealership. Soon thereafter he said that is not the price of that car, but I was buying a different car. They then wanted me to pay 12% more than the price quoted to me for the car. This type of switch practice is done in many dealerships,mbut never would I have thought that a Mercedes Benz dealership would allow this. They say this dealership is family owned, and I think tht is a great thing usually, but the family needs to watch this practice as it is not beneficial if you are buying a car from them. I would highly recommend using another dealership if Mercedes is the car you want. Mayne this is just a used car practice and not a new one, but it was done knowingly and on purpose. More

This was the best "car buying" experience without question! I went to Acura, BMW, Audi, etc and none compare to MBCutler Bay.
