Bought a used Ford F150 for $30000. Had a cracked windshield, I was told they would send someone out to my house to fix it, after about a week I called and was told it was on back ord Had a cracked windshield, I was told they would send someone out to my house to fix it, after about a week I called and was told it was on back order. called again a few days later and was told I would have to come in to have it done and It would be done first thing, after waiting 3 hours they finally took my key from me and 2 hours later it was done. not the kind of service I expected from a BMW dealer, very disappointing!
