First time buying a car and happy and feel I got a fair deal Started out a little rough.However like they say third time is a charm. I feel good about my purchase.That is hard to say normally when buying a car.Normally you have to play cat and mouse games.I was lucky.I asked to speak to a manager and the finance manger tried to help and even went out of his wheel house and walked me through 3-4 cars/trucks.I finally with his help we put a deal together and I feel was a very fair deal.Plus they stayed after two hours to make sure everything was AOK..I never bought a car from a dealer believing I got a good fair deal. until today. I would say be patient and talk and explain what you want/need.If you feel you have to win and the dealer loses than that is not going to be a good deal for anyone Remember you want a fair deal and the dealer needs a fair deal as well to remain open to give you the service for your new purchase. More

Kudo's to Norma Vargas who took care of our every need and concern throughout the sale. Also, George in financing was nice to work with. Lastly, but not least, Tyler Pollack was very helpful and patient dealing with my many Emails and demands getting up to me deciding to coming into the dealership. He responded quickly, accurately, and honestly. More

Turmoil turned into Triumph I was first presented with a vehicle and then negotiated a price. But then that vehicle was pulled due to a snafu, turmoil. I would give this team the highest marks. They truly gave me confidence that Castle Chevy have quality products with aggressive pricing. Arlington Heights Sales Manager(Joe) worked several avenues to get us approved as we are in a credit repair scenario and although wasn't quite in synch with the Internet Sales team that sent us to him, once Joe understood our focus & goals, he worked hard to make them happen.'' Sales Rep(Norma) was extremely nice and accomodating doing lots of extras to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of for entire time we were on the property. Could benefit from knowing product details a little more, but was extremely customer service oriented. Finance Mgr( Raul) was excellent. Very solid communications and understood that I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want and knew the difference when to educate me on something vs pushing something. More
