We compared used and new trucks side by side , literally, they put them next to each other. They even pulled up the fact sheets on both vehicles so we could see the differences. They answered all of our questions about the vehicles and warranties and financing. We will definitely recommend them to all of our family and friends. Received a no hassle price on the vehicle and in comparison with other dealerships, it was the best price on the market. Also, Norma Vargas my sales person took the time to explain every question I had and patiently went over all the accessories inside the vehicle to make sure I understood how to work all the features the vehicle had to offer. Overall, I felt comfortable and didn't feel pressured. Both Norma Vargas and the GM Ed Finn worked with me making sure I left happy. Very happy with my vehicle purchase. Definitely would recommend Castle Chevrolet North in Elk Grove Village. More

Customer Experience We overall had a good experience, I say good and not great due to the fact that when we seen an associate for GAP warranty, we declined-due to the amo We overall had a good experience, I say good and not great due to the fact that when we seen an associate for GAP warranty, we declined-due to the amount of increase our monthly payment would go up. When we sat down and are about to sign contract I spot the fact that the GAP warranty WAS STILL ADDED ON even after the fact we declined it! It's deceiving to consumers and not respected. When you decline a product it should be respected and not pushed! According to finance guy he wasn't aware, but I'm sure he was. More

I bought a Toyota Highlander 2.5 percent interest they couldn't find my husband less than 5 percent. Never will we do business again with Chevy products. Toyota's the way to go. More
