We recently purchased a countryman ALL4S and had a great experience with Michael and dealer. They noticed a ding on the bumper and replaced it, they also replaced the racing stripes because it was a little experience with Michael and dealer. They noticed a ding on the bumper and replaced it, they also replaced the racing stripes because it was a little faded, and even gave it a fresh oil change because it was due for a service! All of which I didn’t notice or ask for! I was in and out on day of pick up and overall extremely happy with my choice and the people there! Great dealer and super positive experience! More

I had been looking at them for the past year but was waiting for an existing lease to end… so in no hurry to buy. We travelled from Newark, DE area and when we walked in and saw the demo of exactly what I wanted we couldn’t believe it. From the first moment meeting Raheem he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He got us set up for a test drive and worked out the details while we were out. If he didn’t know an answer to our questions, he would tell you and get right back to you with the answer. Raheem was easy to communicate with, open, honest and had a sense of humor! We hammered out all the details and arranged pick up the following weekend. He was attentive and took care of my “pick list” prior to pick up. The process was quick and all requests were taken care of. Overall the dealership facilities are outstanding and it was a positive buying experience!! Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great follow-up call as well! More
