Car was damaged in the parking lot by a transport truck. Dealership was very hesitant to take accountability. It was a chore just to get them to make contact with the owner of the transport. From walking into the dealership, meeting my salesperson, then the general manager, the finance manager and including getting a tour of dealership, I felt like family. What I liked a lot, was the video in t then the general manager, the finance manager and including getting a tour of dealership, I felt like family. What I liked a lot, was the video in the finance office on the extended warranty. Most people learn by seeing as I am one of them. That video along with the finance manager answering my final questions is why I felt a was purchasing from the right dealership as I will refer my family and friends because of my non stress experience at GMC Buick!! More
