Customer service at Beaver Toyota has gone considerably down in the last couple of years. Every time you go in for service there is a new set of service managers (which should tell you much). Communication down in the last couple of years. Every time you go in for service there is a new set of service managers (which should tell you much). Communication is terrible. After being an extremely loyal customer for many years, I’m now going to take my car for maintenance and service to Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville. And I’ll be trading in and getting a new car there this year as well. Bye, Ms. Beaver! Had a nice surprise phone call today! Bobby at beaver toyota was calling because my lease was coming up soon. But sadly my son had to take over the car and my health got too bad. We chatted about how life was going for a bit then we were about to hang up when he irradiates “seriously if you need anything just say so” currently I have no one to run to the store for me and needed items . Were about 45 mins away. He said ill he out after work!! He came and I know have diet coke chips!!! Wowed doesn't Begin to explain how much this helps!! Bobs gotcha covered for sure. More
