Bad Repairs I just had my truck repaired here and I must say it was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been here several time and never treated this bad I just had my truck repaired here and I must say it was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been here several time and never treated this bad. Not only was the problem not fixed but when I got it back it had additions problems, however when I picked it up I was told everything was fixed and OK, I couldn't drive it home, I had to turn around and bring it back. The service tech said they would look it and let me know. Received a call the next morning and was told they did nothing wrong and my transmission was bad and needed to be replaced. I picked it up and took it to another shop and repairs were done to fix the wires they hooked up wrong and now it is fixed, no problem with transmission, runs great. I tried to contact Nick who is head of the service dept but no response. Their mechanic even said the transmission oil was black and burnt but when the other shop showed it to me it was still pink in color. I will never bring another vehicle here or but another vehicle from here not would I recommend them to anyone else again. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. miss representation last December looking at new cars my be to release a new car I was told that if I release a new Toyota I would not be charged for mileage overage on last December looking at new cars my be to release a new car I was told that if I release a new Toyota I would not be charged for mileage overage on my old lease by sales person and sales manage so I got a new car . it took them 3 contracts to get the paper work correct and was not right . Now I am being charged for mileage from Toyota. 2600.00 dollars called them and told general manager about it . After 6calls over the month they said I have to pay it after they told me at time off the deal it would be taken care of . Not good deals done now my problem . This miss representation on their part . I even offered to pay half they said no . More

Never felt rushed and were treated like family. Our salesman, Bill, was extraordinary. The management on duty were very cordial and wanted to make sure we were happy with our lease. Outstanding Service After experiencing several less than satisfactory dealer services in the Jacksonville-St Augustine area, I switched to Beaver Toyota. In all aspects After experiencing several less than satisfactory dealer services in the Jacksonville-St Augustine area, I switched to Beaver Toyota. In all aspects of service they are outstanding. Among all the service centers I have experienced for more than fifty years, Beaver is undoubtedly the best. Systems are in place to assure customer satisfaction; systems I have never seen before. As one encounters excellent interactions with all staff, one realizes that training and management are at the highest industry standards. Over the past few weeks, I encountered a series of difficulties with a third party business that failed to provide a specialized maintenance service. Though this was not the responsibility of Beaver, Beaver staff promptly acted to solve problems and make everything right. Special credit to Tammy Caroul for seeing my problem, interceding promptly and bringing the matter to the attention of management. Nick Reuther listened, understood quickly and promptly overcame all obstacles. In two days, he made right what had gone wrong for weeks. As a career professional in organization and leadership development, it was apparent to me that he has great potential for top management. More
