I made an online appointment to get my oil change. I’ve had multiple visits for various service needs and generally have been satisfied with the overall experience. I’ve normally worked with Nick but this had multiple visits for various service needs and generally have been satisfied with the overall experience. I’ve normally worked with Nick but this time I worked with Andrew. I was disappointed that Andrew did not honor another dealership’s oil change special and even more disappointed that he did not offer me the special they had while charging me full price. Granite, not a huge amount of money however it comes down to principle. How will I be treated the next time I purchase a new vehicle? Will I get squeezed for additional charges so the dealership can make more profits? More

I bought my last Honda Accord here and I have been very happy with the service department. Visits are quick, easy, and pleasant. They keep me well informed on progress via texts. After having a less than positive experience with a local Honda dealership in Durham that shall remain nameless, I scheduled service here. The service advisor was helpful and I was able to get in and out in Honda dealership in Durham that shall remain nameless, I scheduled service here.
