Hello, my name is Nick Anderson. I am proud to say I am the third generation that has been in our store since we opened in 1974, and have been around the business since I was born. I grew up in Excelsior Springs and played numerous sports and participated in nearly every extracurricular activity I could. Once I graduated high school I attended Missouri Western State University on a football scholarship. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2013 and began full time work at the dealership the following week. My favorite part of the car business is meeting all types of people, building relationships with them, and assisting them in their vehicle purchase and post purchase service. We're lucky in the fact that we sell vehicles nationwide, and even some out of the country; which leads to building relationships with people from all walks of life. I love my job!

Had a great experience at Chuck Anderson Ford. Michael Burton, Ricky Baird and Dustin Rose were particularly helpful. Finding a dealer you can trust is important. They did a tremendous job getting my Escape started and the battery replaced at the end of their work day. I was stranded at a gas set when my car would not start after feeling. Cody Anderson and everyone else I had the pleasure of working with honest and transparent, even though I was buying an in-demand vehicle. That was not necessarily the case with other dealerships I tried working with honest and transparent, even though I was buying an in-demand vehicle. I drove 4 hours to make my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again for that kind of dealership experience, and I’m not alone. I was traveling from near Rolla Mo to Colorado in a brand new (less than 200 miles when I left home) Ford Explorer limited when near Kansas City all the warning lights started flashing and the cruise control new (less than 200 miles when I left home) Ford Explorer limited when near Kansas City all the warning lights started flashing and the cruise control and lane assist stopped working. Also there was no pep in the engine. I called the Ford dealer closest to me which was a few miles east of Kansas City. They couldn’t get me in for a week. I had frozen meat and other perishable items in my vehicle which we were taking to our youngest sons home for his family. I quickly called the dealership where we purchased the vehicle and asked for assistance in getting into a dealership on that day near Kansas City. They quickly called me back sending me to Nick Anderson Ford. I was told to ask for Nick when I arrived but the service coordinator sain Nick told him I would be stopping by and I never needed to speak with Nick. Our vehicle was immediately taken into the shop where a team of technicians diagnosed the problem. I had to postpone our trip because they didn’t have the part in stock but I knew what was wrong and advised it would not hurt the vehicle to drive it home but to keep strain on the engine to a minimum. And was on our way within an hour. Many thanks to the good work of the Nick Anderson team. Exceeded my expectations! More
