Wow, quick and painless! Most people hate going to car dealers. So did I until I went to Freehold Toyota. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous are words that s Most people hate going to car dealers. So did I until I went to Freehold Toyota. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous are words that sum up my experience. Their no pressure sales was refreshing. When I first entered to get information on a 2020 4Runner, Nori met me with a smile and gave all the information I requested including a decent price. I told her I was still shopping around and would contact her when I was ready to purchase. (Within 2 weeks) Meir, the manager introduced himself before I left and made sure I had all information I needed to make an informed decision. No hard sell here! During that time, I wasn’t hassled, called or bothered by them. In those 2 weeks, I inquired about the 4Runner with 3 other dealers. 2 said they would match the price by Freehold Toyota and the 3rd beat it by a considerable amount. Well, I liked the overall feel of Freehold Toyota and the no pressure sales. So, I stopped in again to see what their bottom line was. Unfortunately, Nori had stepped out, but her partner Ian was there and jumped right in. After about 30 mins of going over needs and wants, trims, colors and options, Freehold Toyota didn’t meet the lowest price I received....they beat it by a bit. Wow, purchasing a car in under an hour! As they didn’t have the color I wanted, they searched, found and had it delivered in 2 days. Are you financing? Ask for Nick. Once again, no nonsense, straight forward interaction. I would HIGHLY recommend DCH Freehold Toyota for the purchasing of a car. What an absolute pleasure! Thanks for a great experience and an even better car! More

Love my Avalon . Walked in to DCH Freehold, and Nori Wilhelm approached mre. I was looking for a new car but maybe a 2019 left over. Those were all gone, but she lo . Walked in to DCH Freehold, and Nori Wilhelm approached mre. I was looking for a new car but maybe a 2019 left over. Those were all gone, but she looked up inventory and found a 2019, that was dealers loaner. The whole process could not have taken more than 5 minutes, for her to research and BANG- new car. Nora was knowledgeable, helpful and great to work with. Give Nori a call if you you are the market for a new Toyota This is my 4th Toyota from here and my second Avalon- Love ths car.. Everyone was just great to deal with. Although I hate the process of getting a the loan, Nicholas Ventriglo did he very best to make it pain free. More
