Test driving cars was fun. Wyatte made it fun. And easy. He was patient with me. They finally found a great car….I hope since the last car that needed a new engine after 6 mos Wyatte made it fun. They finally found a great car….I hope since the last car that needed a new engine after 6 mos because there was a law suit which the car should not have been sold to me. I did not want to finance this time but they talked me into at least talking. Of course he had me sign. I insisted on staying with my bank and ended up with some other bank. Told him I needed to stay around 200 and he first offer was 336.00. Talked too fast and had me sign to fast. And this was all before the car had been detailed and checked out which I should not have signed. Waste of their time because I cancelled everything and went with my bank as I originally knew I wanted. Buying a car should be a fun experience. I do like my car though. So far. More

I was in the market for a used Tacoma. Lynn Burgess took great care of me. Unlike other dealerships I've dealt with, Jim Norton didn't add a bunch of additional fees or forced addons. They gave me a fair deal on my trade. Happy with the experience and would certainly return. More

Recently purchased 2023 Used Camry 16k Mr. Neng Yang, in finance dept. sale us the extended warranty, the next day, we realize DONT NEED IT... talk to Neng at dealership and cancelled i Neng Yang, in finance dept. sale us the extended warranty, the next day, we realize DONT NEED IT... talk to Neng at dealership and cancelled it, sign the cancellation documents last 11/30/23. According Mr Neng my credit card will refunded between the week date of dec4th its already 7th december still NO Refund been Posted on my card, Call Mr Neng several times leave a message on his voicemail NO RESPONSE or calling or texting back . Finally talk to him, said Jim Norton Accounting Dept. takes 3 weeks to process the refund back my money. decided to dispute this charges on my credit card. Beware of Buying Extended Warranty. on the dealership. I bought 3 cars at Jim Norton since 2003 never had this worst experience, especially to your finance manager doesnt even care and promised my money will be refunded this week. More
