Busy work place, people smiling and on there way to helping. Open and clean plenty of things to do. Water and snacks while you wait. Tv or wifi ,phone charging places, chairs or tables to sit at. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and my service tech Nastassia was very polite and knowledgeable suggested the brake service and I accepted because I didn’t know that was even offered.
