Excellent Service The service was excellent! The team went above and beyond finding out I needed new breaks and making sure I would be driving safely for the winter! The service was excellent! Oil change for both vehicles Had a bit of a sticky situation last week. Both cars due for oil changes. My husband made arrangements to drop off one the night before and take car Had a bit of a sticky situation last week. Both cars due for oil changes. My husband made arrangements to drop off one the night before and take care of the other the following day. Surprisingly enough, while I was having replacement KNEE SURGERY, my husband picked up the one vehicle, left the other one, and we received a call that the SECOND car was ready the same day. And they all conveyed their best wishes to me for a quick recovery. THIS is my dealership. These people are my very good friends. More

Greatest Service Department! We have been dealing with Matt Burne Honda's service department since purchasing our Pilot EX there in June of 2005! Throughout the past 13 years, we We have been dealing with Matt Burne Honda's service department since purchasing our Pilot EX there in June of 2005! Throughout the past 13 years, we have always been treated honestly and fairly. We are told what service is needed and the estimated cost. Never have we felt that the recommended work was unnecessary or that the bill was padded! As you can see, we have kept our Pilot for a long time. This is made possible due to the work of Matt Burne Honda's excellent service department and their highly qualified technicians. Other than body work necessary after an accident, NO ONE has worked on our Pilot except the technicians at Matt Burne Honda - even though we live much closer to another Honda dealership! The drive to Scranton is worth it to be greeted by name with a friendly "hello," terrific service and reasonable rates. We sing their praises to anyone who wants to listen! More

Absolutely amazing service Came in this morning for an oil change and tire rotation. Morgan took care of me and made my experience fantastic. It was done in less than an hour.
