Very efficient and friendly employees When I made the appointment for my Honda they told me it would take about 45 minutes to complete the work. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and then went into the waiting room to wait. They had coffee and donuts and a TV which was a nice surprise. I had just stepped out into the hallway for a walk when I was called that my car was ready, 45 minutes later, like they said. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond with their service! More

Battery terminal clamp replacement On Saturday, November 24th I stopped at Burne Honda service department to see if they could take a look at my 2010 Honda Accord battery clamp. I spok On Saturday, November 24th I stopped at Burne Honda service department to see if they could take a look at my 2010 Honda Accord battery clamp. I spoke with Jack Munley and explained to him the positive clamp for the battery had broken and would they have an opening to look at it. Jack was really a good guy and told me to get the car there as soon as I could and they would be happy to look at it. He did tell me they may have to use an after market part but, assured me the car would operational with it. About and hour later I get a call from Morgan Green explaining they could not replace the clamp and would have to replace the wiring harness. Now Morgan quoted me a price of $720.00. He did say that was the high end of the pricing in case there were any problems on install. At that time I told him to go ahead and order the part. After thinking about the quoted price, I decided to take the car to a mechanic who has worked on my cars for many years. On Sunday, the 25th I brought the car to the other mechanic. I called Burne service department first thing Monday and cancelled the part to be ordered. I explained to Morgan I picked the car up Sunday night and will have it looked at by another mechanic and he was agreeable to that. I asked if my son could pick up my keys later in the day and that was OK too. Monday morning I explained the problem to my other mechanic and within one hour the clamp was replaced for all of $20.00. When my son picked up my keys he was handed a bill for $66.00. The bill was paid...Here is some food for thought, my Accord has 103,000 miles on it and soon will be in need of a vehicle. Why would I return to Burne Honda after an experience like this? How could I trust this service department? If anyone is interested in looking at the new clamp I would be happy to show them...Mark Walsh included...disappointing for sure. More

I take my car in to Matt Burne Honda for service for the last 2 years and am pleased with every visit. They review what is going on with my car and they do not charge an arm and a leg. I remember with my Toyota, I would have to pay for something insane every time I took it in. Matt Burne Honda doesn't do that. They are real and down to earth and care about you having a good vehicle. They are all very pleasant to deal with too. So happy I invested in a Honda and at this location! More

Quick handling of recall from Manufacturer I wanted to just share a good experience I had with this dealer. I needed to have a recall handled. They did it quickly and efficiently. They also did an all around check of tire pressure, fluids, etc... I didn't know they would do the extra checks for free. Very happy with them and as long as I'm buying Hondas (this is my 6th one), this will be my dealer of choice! They are always very helpful and when I need service, the prices are very reasonable. More
