Take a look Had a great experience here. Other dealers in town wanted so much down and weren't the nicest to deal with. I know I don't have the best credit but I Had a great experience here. Other dealers in town wanted so much down and weren't the nicest to deal with. I know I don't have the best credit but I don't need to be talked down to. Nicoll was great getting me pics and prices and keeping me up to date. Rick was fun and wasn't pushy at all. Overall I would recommend this dealer. They move fast. More

I really enjoyed working with this dealership because of the service after the sale. Thank you so much Rick Jackson for following up and working with me to get my F150. Prior I went to Ed Bozart and was disappointed in the service department about getting a part and some information about a repair. I even looked at possibly getting a new truck at the time and it was just not working for me. For five thousand down and trading in my maintenance package I would only qualify for a used truck with like 80,000 miles on it? No thanks. I tried Briggs, never got anywhere with them. Those two dealerships did the most to convince me to stay with Noller. The service department is awesome at Noller. Thanks Rolley for the work on my mother in-laws explorer. I appreciate all the help. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!! Can't forget about Morgan Franklin-THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Buying a car that should have been fixed before they sold it I had purchased a car 2009 Ford Focus from their lot. I had purchased a a brand new 2015 Ford Escape and a couple other vehicles on the same day. Th I had purchased a car 2009 Ford Focus from their lot. I had purchased a a brand new 2015 Ford Escape and a couple other vehicles on the same day. Then the Focus began making noise in the brakes. I took it over to the Mercury lot were my salesman worked. They supposedly did the repairs to the car. Two weeks later and the noise is back and is worse then ever. I then took the car to the 21st Street lot since the other lot said I had to take it were I bought it. They are saying it will cost me for the repairs and that I shouldn't have brought it to them. This is bull, I shouldn't have to run around and try and get a car fixed that should have had everything looked at when I purchased the car. I was told by the salesman that it was just a small noise and will disappear in a day or so if not bring it back. I did just that and now feel they want me to pay for the repairs. I spent 70,000 dollars in two days with this lot. I went back to Ford after being with Toyota for 15 years. Guess that is a big mistake because they never had an issue of making thing correct or backing up the work that they do. More

Awesome salesman here! I live in the Kansas City Metro and was ready to trade in my car for a newer one. Gene Glass was my contact from Laird Noller. He was kind, efficient, and to the point on everything I asked. He was the complete opposite of what I typically fear about getting a new car, the high pressure fast talkers that make you want to run for the door. Then there is the dreaded pressure of the "finance" guy, but Morgan Franklin was patient with my questions and a super kind man. So, if you fear the high-pressure attack of yesteryear, go to Laird Noller and ask for Gene and Morgan. This was by far the best car buying experience I've had! More

We met with Ron Bozarth yesterday to test drive some vehicles. Prior to meeting, we exchanged some emails so he could get a good idea of what we were in the market for. When we arrived at the dealership, Ron was knowledgable and energetic. He was very patient and really listened to what we wanted in a car (and made sure he only showed us cars within our budget). We went on a couple of test drives and found the car we wanted to purchase. Ron went above and beyond, making sure we got a fair deal, and understood every step of the process. He was by far the best car salesman that we've ever dealt with - no pressure, very honest, and funny, too. He made buying a car an enjoyable experience for us. Morgan Franklin handled our financing. He was able to get us a great rate and made sure to explain all of the options that were available to us. We really appreciated his thoroughness and patience. He made purchasing our vehicle quick and painless. We are very appreciative of these two gentlemen that we dealt with at Laird Noller.
