My son and I visited this dealership to purchase a car he saw on Car Guru. We were so pleased with the professional service we received. All the sales guys, Mohammed, Adeel and one other salesman who spoke to my son over the telephone was honest and upfront with the pricing and when we arrived thete, they worked really hard to get the deal and price we felt comfortable with his budget. My son was very very pleased with his new car and I was very pleased with the dealership professionalism, caring and honest attitudes. They made us feel like we were family. I will definitely refer Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville, IL to all of our friends and family. They're the best!!! Highly recommended. If I left anyone name out (my apologies) they're all excellent salesmen, finance managers and credit department works hard to get you the best deal possible. Great Experience...Not Your Typical Car Dealer When we first arrived at Fair Oaks, we were met at the door by Mohammed. After talking with him for about 10 minutes about our needs and what we were When we first arrived at Fair Oaks, we were met at the door by Mohammed. After talking with him for about 10 minutes about our needs and what we were looking for, he found us a car to test drive. Of course, we fell in love with it and what started as "Oh we just are wanting to look and test drive today" quickly turned into "Ok, so I think we're buying a car today". Throughout the whole experience, Mohammed was professional and answered any questions we had. He worked with us to get us a great price and made sure we were 100% satisfied before we left. Overall is was one of the best experiences we've ever had at a dealer, and well definitely be back in the future to buy our next car. More

Drove 4 hours to buy a 2019 lincoln nav- not disappointed! I found the 2019 Lincoln Navigator with all the options I wanted... the only problem it was in Naperville IL … 4 hours from where I lived. Once I arrived was greeted by Mohammad who took the time to get to know my needs and wants. He took his time to listen... after some negotiations we arrived at a deal that was fair..... I also had a trade in SUV During the time I spent at the dealership , I had a chance to meet both sales manager, the finance manager, and alternate services manager...all provided a great customer experience...
