Fair oaks Lincoln is a modern dealership with several customer amenities. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted pleasantly. Pam Hammersmith was very patient and thorough as she found the right car for customer amenities. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted pleasantly. Pam Hammersmith was very patient and thorough as she found the right car for me. I live off of social security and have poor credit so Pam was working with great obstacles. She managed to do it and I drove home in a beautiful Lincoln with more bells and whistles than I have ever owned before. This is the first time I have purchased a car where I feel completely confident that I got a great deal and have no doubts that Pam had my best interest in mind instead of just making a sale. More
