I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received regarding my vehicle. I had hoped to receive a resolution by the end of the day, but unfortunately, the service center was closed and no updates were provided regarding the issue with my car. As a result, I find myself without a car and a clear understanding of the situation going into the weekend. I would like to bring to your attention that I believe the service provided by Corwin was not up to the standard expected. I would like to request that appropriate action be taken in this regard. I would also like to suggest that in the future, instead of prioritizing adherence to negative reviews, the focus should be on customer satisfaction, which includes actual customer relations and not just online reviews. As a loyal customer who is on their fourth and final lease, I am disappointed by the lack of customer care and the impact this has had on my experience. I believe that customer retention is critical to the success of any business, and I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that similar situations are avoided in the future.
