This is the 3rd third Toyota we’ve bought from this dealership & have been satisfied with our experience. However, this time was exceptional due to Brennen. Most people dread the finance office because there usually is a lot of pressure to purchase extended warranties and such. We usually say no to everything, but because there was no pressure, and it didn't feel like he was actually trying to sell us, simply being informative (which is what made the finance guy (Matt I think his name was) a great salesman) we chose a couple things to add to the vehicle. Will return next time we are looking for a vehicle! More

We had been looking for a used AWD with some extra room for grand kids. We met Jared who showed us a low mileage Traverse nicely equipped. After driving it we told Jared we needed to think about it but wou for grand kids. We met Jared who showed us a low mileage Traverse nicely equipped. After driving it we told Jared we needed to think about it but would be back in a couple weeks for the Thanksgiving wk end. We live 170 miles away. Jared kept in touch w/o pressuring us to see if we had any questions. After some discussion we made an offer and settled on a price and said we'd pick it up Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Later that evening we noticed a check engine light was on. More visible at night with the instrument panel brighter. Also the remote start wasn't working. We bought this car (as-is) w/o a warranty. I stopped back Fri morning to visit with Jared about our concerns. Jared told me to sit back and have a cup of coffee while he took the car for a ride. When he returned, he told me he got it into the shop and they would look into the situation. Despite it being a very busy post-holiday Friday the staff at Corwin squeezed it into the shop, found the problem, got it repaired at no cost for labor or parts. We're very happy with this car and how Jared and the Corwin crew resolved an issue and got us back to join our thanksgiving celebration. More
