great mid sized SUV with nice perks We were happy with our salesman Moe who came in on his day off to meet with us to test drive car. He was very knowledgeable on features of the car. He had the car inside for us as we requested to look over. Once purchased he had the car cleaned and warmed up ready for me to pick up. He is very personable. Only disappointment was a blemish that was “going to be buffed out” but could not be fixed which did not get deducted from our purchase price. My husband should not have signed papers until after that evaluation. Lesson learned. More

Corwin not only made me feel important and valued as a customer but the organization restored my confidence in dealerships. I initially called Corwin shortly after I serviced my vehicle to check any vehicle lease return requirements (my lease was to end 4/11/2018). I was transferred to Alec, the new car sales manager. We discussed returning my 2015 Corolla - during this conversation, Alec asked if I was going to continue buisness with Corwin. I was undecided at this point but throughout the duration of the call, it was very apparent Alec's primary goal was to accommodate and ensure my satisfaction with Corwin. From this point he sent photos, quotes, and other information via texting (I have an unusual work schedule), this process made it simple and time efficient. Within a few short hours after we initially touched base, I was hooked on the new 2018 Corolla. Alex was flexible, transparent, and professional - he even made a point to connect with me on a personal basis which also made the leasing process an enjoyable and exciting experience. Another person I worked with was the finance manager, Dusty. Dusty ensured I received any and all available discounts to decrease my monthly lease payment. He was extremely transparent, especially when we went through the leasing contracts - both on paper and electronically. His ability to go through the "boring process" without actually "boring" the customer is truly amazing - his humor and politeness made it a lot less painless. Lastly, the internet sales manager, Moe, was flexible in regards to his availability to accommodate my inflexible schedule. The small details are especially important to customers and that's one of the first things we (as customers) notice. I walked into the dealership and he was already walking toward me. I followed him to his desk - I set down my soda and he said they had a variety of refreshments conveniently located just a few feet away. Not only did Moe focus on the small details, he also made it a priority to put his attention and efforts toward explaining the new car features and the improved safety features Toyota added since their 2015 Corolla model. Moe also communicated and maintained communication throughout the entire sales process. I found this to be very important - especially since I don't have much experience in the automotive industry. Moe went above and beyond any (and/or all) expectations to demonstrate his dedication to me and the car sale. More

Moe was great to work with Went in for appointment with another salesman and he was late. We were left standing there and were set up with Moe. This is our 3rd car from Corwin, salesmen are great. However, once it comes to the sales managers, watch you paperwork! More
