I live and work in NJ and never heard of eCarOne until a few weeks before buying a car from them. After inquiring on-line about a car I saw on Auto-Trader.com I promptly heard back form Paul Adkins, who would be my salesman throughout the process. The car seemed to be just what I was looking for and the price was right. They would have shipped it to NJ but I wanted to see it before completing the deal so my wife and I flew to Texas just to buy this car. Paul had us picked up at the airport and once at the dealership we were able to examine the car thoroughly and take it on a test drive. The car was just as advertised and the entire transaction went smoothly. Paul and the other people involved were excellent. I've bought other cars from out-of-state and this was the only time the NJDMV paperwork was completely handled for me. A few hours after arriving in Texas we left the dealership with our new car and made a mini-vacation of the 1800 mile drive back to NJ. During the week long trip the car never hiccuped and four weeks later the NJ plates and registration arrived via UPS. As always, be sure to do your due diligence when making this kind of purchase but my experience at eCarOne was a good one. More

Fantastic experience! Also they beat my banks pre-approved rate and gave me more than I expected on my trade. Tricia was great and even set up my bluetooth before I left the dealership. The customer service was exceptional! I had been in a car accident prior to finding Ecarone. The reason I mention that is because I was not looking to purchase by choice necessarily. However, I did a quick Google search, found Ecarone and looked through there online inventory. I gave them a call and Matt answered the phone. He was extremely personable and chatted with me about my experience. He confirmed the car was there and we scheduled a time for my father and I to come to the store and test drive. We met Matt up there, got the keys and were told to take our times because there was no rush to enjoying the car. That felt very welcoming! We enjoyed our car ride together and I fell in love with the car. The customer service was where it all started for me - from feeling like I mattered when I first called to the kind offers of beverages and everything in between like being well-informed about warranties, car fax history, and competitive pricing. The love of my new car came next and I felt like I had found the place where I wanted to purchase my first ever vehicle. She offered me a drink and knew exactly which vehicle I was talking about when I told her what I seen online. Within 10 mins of walking in I was test driving the jeep I came to check out and I didn't even have an appointment. Tricia was excellent throughout the purchasing process and made the experience very easy and quick. I highly recommend her and E-CarOne to anybody looking for a non-hassle and knowledgable dealership. They made the process of purchasing my vehicle very comfortable, simple, and fast. More
