Best dealership experience I have had! I had been looking for a BMW for awhile before I decided to check out BMW of Ann Arbor. When I arrived at the dealership I was immediately helped by M I had been looking for a BMW for awhile before I decided to check out BMW of Ann Arbor. When I arrived at the dealership I was immediately helped by Mo Beidoun. Mo made the entire experience very easy and fun. Mo was very knowledgeable with every car we looked at, he showed me many options and not only was knowledgeable about every option but made sure it would fit all of my needs. Mo was definitely the most friendly salesman I have dealt with and seemed to truly have a passion for the cars he sold. I never felt pressured to purchase a car from Mo but his personality just made you want to buy a car from him. If you are looking for a new car, check out BMW Ann Arbor and ask for Mo, it will be the best car dealership experience you have ever had. More

The best car salesman in my experience Mo Beidoun was an exceptional salesman.He let us pick out a car our way and while always helpful and knowledgeable, he was never pushy. He recognized Mo Beidoun was an exceptional salesman.He let us pick out a car our way and while always helpful and knowledgeable, he was never pushy. He recognized that we were smart people who knew what we wanted once we had all of the information. And he was a delightful person to deal with, intelligent, friendly and interesting. How many car sales personnel have a degree in filmmaking and make health-related films on the side?! More

Mo is an exceptional sales advisor and we were glad that it was he who served us! You don't see many sales persons who are authentically (!!!) passionate about their "product" (a BMW X1 325i, in this case!) and care about their customers -- and I mean really care and not just pretend to because it is expected... Mo made us feel very comfortable and special, and we actually ended up buying our new BMW at that day instead of waiting until August as planned! :) More

Overall a pleasant experience on both visits Service advisor was helpful and respective of my time. Part needed was overnighted and available next day. Sales advisor answered my questions without Service advisor was helpful and respective of my time. Part needed was overnighted and available next day. Sales advisor answered my questions without being pushy. Car was courtesy washed and vacuumed. Overall good experience and much improved under new ownership. More

They found the car I wanted and took care of everything I had a great experience at bmw of ann arbor. Very friendly and competent staff found the car I wanted, got me the lowest interest rate and made sure I had a great experience at bmw of ann arbor.
