Excellent Customer Service We came to Ancira with very specific needs/wants for our new car and they delivered in many ways! You can tell that the level of leadership in this organization is such that every employee takes pride in what they do. I narrowed down my choices as far as used cars I was interested in that fit my budget. They accommodated me at every turn down to Kelly getting my 4 year old a snack because she was hungry. It’s the little things. My car was immaculate when they brought it out, financing was quick and easy and overall, it was the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had! More

Very nice sales people Kelly made us feel welcome, she did a wonderful job of explain the vehicle and explaining the sale process... Only concern was that after I purchased the vehicle and dropped it off for detail, the vehicle did not look any different.. (inside or out) was not told what they did in any type of specific invoice or receipt. (3 hour wait at Kia Dealer on Sunday afternoon as the only service customer on site and No Tint person that works on Sunday- had to leave car overnight to have Tint added the next day) More

Great deal, no pressure, no Hassle!! I shopped for crossover SUV's for over a week. After searching for the best car and deal. I called Ancira Kia and asked if they had this particular v I shopped for crossover SUV's for over a week. After searching for the best car and deal. I called Ancira Kia and asked if they had this particular vehicle in stock. The Sales person assured me they did. I also asked them if they could match the price the other dealer gave me. The sales person told me she would call me back as soon as she talked to her manager. A few minuets later I received a phone call telling me that they would. I drove to the dealership and the rest is history. Heather the sales person and the rest of the staff were great. More
