Found the truck I wanted online at Koeppel Ford when my dealer didn't have any in stock. Called Koeppel on the phone, Mizra Islam answered and less than 5 minutes later we agreed on a price. Emailed some forms, then less than 24 hours later drove to Koeppel Ford and drove home in my new 2023 F150. I have never experienced a more pleasant sales experience despite having purchased 8 new cars in the past 10 years for my wife and me. I will definitely be back for the next vehicle! More
