My sales person, Min, was extremely friendly, understood what I was looking for and made sure I was taken care of. I had an outstanding experience twice with my salesman Minseok. I arrived at Heritage Subaru to find a car for my grandfather. Min provided us with exceptional service and was extremely patient helping us Minseok. I arrived at Heritage Subaru to find a car for my grandfather. Min provided us with exceptional service and was extremely patient helping us find the perfect vehicle. Though Min is a salesman he has the customer service level of a concierge. I was so impressed with his commitment to excellence that not only did my grandfather purchase a car, but I returned 3 days later and purchased a car from Min as well. He’s an exceptional individual who will push to provide you with a great deal without the pushiness of salespeople! Additionally, Ashley in finance provided great customer service and exhibited a level of professionalism I’m not used to seeing in the world of automotive finance. She answered every question regarding products/services and had a level of knowledge within finance that is second to none! Great dealership experience, will return for service and more purchases!
