My repair was covered by Toyota's new vehicle warranty. The work was done properly and the issues was resolved. One thing that I DO NOT APPRECIATE, is when the cashier asks me to complete a survey on the q The work was done properly and the issues was resolved. One thing that I DO NOT APPRECIATE, is when the cashier asks me to complete a survey on the quality of service BEFORE I even see my vehicle. How can I rate the quality of service if I don't even get the opportunity to see my vehicle before I rate the workmanship! This really comes across as a way to pressure people into giving favorable reviews. The last three times I visited Freeman Toyota I declined the high pressure survey at the checkout line and waited until I actually got to drive my vehicle. The repairs have not always been up to par, and I'm glad that I waited each time before giving my feedback. One thing that Freeman Toyota service has going for it is the fact that they have one of the most knowledgeable service techs in the industry working for them. Tim Farrand is an EXPERT on all things Toyota. I own a 1998 T-100, a 1999 4Runner, a 2013 Camry, a 2015 Camry, and a 2019 Tundra, (my 2023 4Runner is due in any day now) and I can tell you that I will do what I can to have my vehicles serviced at whatever Toyota dealership Tim is working at. Tim Farrand is an honest man who won't waste your time or your money. More
