Bad customer response.. Called several times for a status report on my jeep but my calls went unanswered and straight to voice mail. Never once did I get a call back, after 2 Called several times for a status report on my jeep but my calls went unanswered and straight to voice mail. Never once did I get a call back, after 2 hours i called back and finally i spoke to a advisor. I even left a message with a supervisor and did not receive a call back. Lastly, the invoice said that your service department will give a overall inspection go to find out my hack windshield wiper needed to be replaced but it was never mentioned too me for a new one. It would've been a nice if they would have ran my jeep though the washer. Definitely needs improvement! More
