Great customer service from Mike. He informed me of some additional services that were due for my car & explained the additional costs (without pressuring me). I decided to have the work done while the car was there which increased the appt. time to 3 hours. Mike called a Lyft ride to take me home (& bring me back when the work was done) so that I didn't have to wait at the dealership. I've been a happy Royal Moore customer for nearly 30 years. I've purchased 2 cars from them & only trust them when they need serviced. Thanks! More

Took 4 trips to fix the problem and it wasn’t till I physically showed them that the strut was shot. I honestly don’t even think that the mechanic even looked at the car but just said it was fine. And even came up with bogus problems that had nothing to do with the video I sent them and showing them that the noise was coming from the front. I did like Mike but was definitely confused with the information he was giving me. I felt like the mechanic was feeding him a line. also, on a different matter I was going to buy a brand new Toyota tundra from you guys and your price was 72,000 I went to Wilsonville they had the exact truck I wanted I paid 62,000 out the door. I have bought a Toyota Tacoma and a Highlander from you guys and always liked you in the past. I don’t know what happened or what changed? More

I was pretty disappointed in the dealership’s approach to dealing with my issue. I was told that cords in my car had been installed incorrectly. When I pointed out that must be a manufacturer defect, they to dealing with my issue. I was told that cords in my car had been installed incorrectly. When I pointed out that must be a manufacturer defect, they told me that was probably true but since they couldn’t verify that (despite us always taking the car to Toyota for service) that they wouldn’t cover the cost of repair. They discounted me a little bit, but based on the cost of repair I had to leave without getting some things fixed. More
