My experience with Discover Hyundai was superb. The first encounter at this dealership was with bringing my friend's Azera into the service department to have a headlight replaced. They took me into their exceptionally clean service area, promptly fixed the headlight and then washed the car, not to mention that they served fresh popcorn while I waited! I was in the market for a new car too and after having driven my friend's Azera, I realized what a quality car it was. Of course, I went to Discover Hyundai first because of the exceptional service they extended for the headlight. Also, someone had recommended that I speak with MIKE SMITH from the sales department. Mike was the type of salesperson I respect. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Mike sincerely tried to help me narrow down the type of car that was best suited for my needs, he worked within my budget and he told me the pros and cons of each model. Mike didn't exhibit the typical "constantly closing" sales approach. Rather, he treated me as if I were a respected friend. What a nice change from other dealerships! Because of Mike's professional approach, I felt very comfortable staying with Discover Hyundai to find the right car for me. I ended up buying an Azera just like my friend's! More

Good customer service and very nice people who worked with us to get the car we wanted. Michael was very friendly and very knowledgeable. WOW ! Discover Hyundai, kudos to you! You know how to make car buying a pleasure! Went to "just look" Friday night (01.14.11) and ended up finding a car. I was working with Mike Smith and Bob Paulson. make car buying a pleasure! Went to "just look" Friday night (01.14.11) and ended up finding a car. I was working with Mike Smith and Bob Paulson. They were both very personable, non pressuring and accommodating with all my questions, concerns and requests. I knew at that moment that this was the dealership I wanted to give my business to. The car I wanted to purchase was not on their lot so after them searching around town they had my car personally delivered to their dealership, while I waited. I really want to express that while I waited for my car to arrive, they gave this same welcoming to every customer that came through their doors, whether purchasing or not! They even drove me to my home so I could pick my car up that I was going to trade in. I was introduced, and I thank Kellie McClure in Customer Relations, Tim Hodder in Service and worked with Jeff Jerde in financing. I also worked with Ric Anderson and Bradley Johnson, whom I can't thank enough for their time and efforts also. Mike, Bob and the entire family at Discover Hyundai made it a very comfortable process to buy my car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to experience what it really should be like when your searching for a car! More

I have had my Elantra for a week now. I am very, very pleased with it. My business associates and friends are impressed with it as well. Michael Smith, went above and beyond in helping me find a car. I considered many brands, Cadillac, Tesla, Toyota, Volvo, Volkswagen, Buick, to name just a few. At the end of the day, it was Michael's attention to detail and reassurance that Hyundai was in fact the car for me to buy. As many Americans, the process of credit approval can be overwhelming, but he helped me work through the process until my lease was complete. His air of confidence, product knowledge and patience with my comfort level of buying a new car are the factors that convinced me to buy a new car. I am grateful for his help and my new car. The Hyundai brand is excellent for certain. But I buy from an honest salesperson first. Brand comes second. Thank you Michael! More

I owned a Hyundai Santa Fe for 8 years and absolutely LOVED everything about it. I sold the Santa fe because I needed something with less miles on it, so recently purchased a used SUV from a different ma LOVED everything about it. I sold the Santa fe because I needed something with less miles on it, so recently purchased a used SUV from a different manufacturer, for various reasons that suited my current situation. I miss the Santa Fe so I wanted to see if a used Santa Fe might be available that I could trade into. I went to see Michael and he spent a nice amount of time looking for something for me. I test drove a new Santa Fe and did enjoy that, but am not in a position to buy a new one. Michael was very considerate, applied no pressure (which all too many sales people will do when you go into a car salesroom.) He offered to call me if he came up with anything that might fit what I wanted, and he did follow up with a phone call, but again, was not pushy and persistent with further calls. I told him that I would call him if I wanted him to keep looking. Thank you, Michael, for your professionalism, and consideration. I will definitely consider going back to Michael Smith at Discover Hyundai in the future when I am in the market for another Santa Fe. More

On 12/26/10 I bought a Genesis 2011, thereafter was oreinted, and needed service advice and warrenty service. The salesman, Mike, the orienter, Kellie and the service rep, Bethanne were all superb in e oreinted, and needed service advice and warrenty service. I was looking for a new car but dreaded the thought of going to a car dealership AGAIN because it has usually always tuned into an ordeal. Worse than a dentist visit in my book anyway. My experience with the folks at Discover Hyundai has been nothing short of fantastic. My salesperson, Michael Smith,was more than knowledgeable about the vehicle,very patient with my questions and really went the extra mile to get me exactly the understated "elegant" Genesis that I now own and love. We spent a lot of time on the "look" that some custom features added, but Michael made it so much fun. And, I am stopped at least once a day by people asking me if I am driving a Bentley! Or, an Aston Martin. Everyone at Discover Hyundai has been friendly, courteous,upbeat,professional.But, most importantly,the overall attitude has left me no doubt but that I am a valued customer.Really, I couldn't recommend them more highly. More

The salesperson, Michael Smith, is an absolute professional and allows the car to sell itself. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Hyundai. The only complaint I have is the length of professional and allows the car to sell itself. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Hyundai. The only complaint I have is the length of time it took to work with the finance manager and finalize the papers. I knew which car I wanted and had scheduled an appointment for a test drive. My trade-in was quickly analyzed and a fair amount proposed. Michael and I worked up numbers within a half hour and then I had to wait for the actual paper work to be completed. The entire procedure took 5 hours while it really should have only been 3 hours tops. More

On Dec 30,2010 I came to Discover Hyundai in response to my internet inquiry - they said it was the end of the month , end of the year, hadn't made their numbers & were looking to make a deal. Was met by Michael Smith & from there went on to purchase a new 2010 Hyundai Elantra!! The entire experience was top notch - got a great car for a great price. Michael was one of the best salemen I have ever dealt with - regardless of what I was looking to buy. I told my best friend I had just bought a new car - knew she was looking to replace her beloved T-Bird - & she replied " I'm thinking of buying a Hyundai,too" She also told me a mutual friend had just bought the Genesis. Told my friend you have to go & see Michael. Today, Jan7th, she purchased a 2011 Elantra!! We are in agreement Michael Smith is the best & will tell EVERYONE he's the " go to" guy for a new car.
