Over the years, I have purchased many vehicles, but this was by far the most pleasant car purchase I have experienced. Mike was very courteous and respectful, as well as knowledgable about the vehicles. He showed sincere interest in helping me find just the right car for my needs. I am very happy with my Genesis and feel that Mike was tremendously helpful in my chosing the right car for me. I was a little uncertain about what I really wanted in a vehicle, and he was extremely patient with me and explained the many choices and options available. Mike made the experience of "shopping" very pleasant, no pressure, easy communications he's such a friendly guy. Frank made the leasing process very easy and quick, the wife and I had already had a long day at a fundraiser, so that was very appreciated. EVERYONE that we spoke to was very kind and courteous. Best new car experience I've ever had - this is my 11th new vehicle and if the car is even half as good as they are (and it's a really good car) I'll be back again, and so will everyone I talk to that's thinking about buying a Hyundai.
