This is obviously my favorite dealership in the city. I just leased my second care from them after purchasing 4 previously from them. This is the third Outback purchase I have made from Falcone Subaru since 2017. By far this is the best experience yet! Falcone Subaru just keeps getting better and better each time I visit. Ermir my salesman’s followed me throughout the process from ordering, waiting for manufacture to delivery. Attention to details, asking and getting answers quickly and follow through are A+’s. On day of delivery paperwork was a quick 45 minutes or less. One small issue was solved quickly without any problems. I have also used FALCONE’s Body Shop. They fixed one of my cars quicker than expected and did a top rate job. Will I return to Falcone for future purchases- I certainly will! I’ll refer my family and friends there too because they make you a family member for life. More
