We came to Falcone to buy a new Taos. While looking at options and pricing - our sale representative noticed a well appointed and reasonable price point on a pre owned - low miles vehicle While looking at options and pricing - our sale representative noticed a well appointed and reasonable price point on a pre owned - low miles vehicle they had just taken on dealer trade. We were satisfied and completed the transaction. When the car delivered there were a few issues not noted in the original transaction. We returned the vehicle the next day. A meeting with sales and management got the vehicle on the right track to be delivered to our satisfaction. We were pleased with the response to the small issues. We felt like the issues were handled correctly in a timely manner. We are pleased with the overall experience and the the vehicle we purchased. We would absolutely return to Mr Falcons dealership when purchasing again… More

Buyers Beware. They will treat you very well through the sales process, but if you have any issues afterwards they will make it very clear how little they care. I They will treat you very well through the sales process, but if you have any issues afterwards they will make it very clear how little they care. In May we bought a brand new Atlas SEL Premium R-Line. In 6 months since then we have been inundated. First the touch screen often doesn't work. It just says "initializing" and you can't do anything to get it out of that mode. You cannot change the radio station or use navigation. We called them to explain the problem, and they told us a restarting procedure. They said it was a known issue with that vehicle. They did not tell us about that "known issue" when we purchased it. They told us there would eventually be a software patch. There has yet to be. A couple of months into ownership my wife tries to close the sunroof and it will not close all of the way. After messing with it back and forth she eventually gets it to close, and just leaves it closed so she isn't stuck with it open. We decided to just forgo using the sunroof until we go in for our initial service and get it looked at then. Next issue - Two weeks ago the coolant light comes on. I checked the coolant level and it was low. We make an appointment to have the coolant system and the sunroof fixed. They told us there still was no fix for the faulty touchscreen. Falcone calls my wife and informs her that the coolant has been topped off and pressure checked. The sunroof is also fixed. The problem with the sunroof was that the bolts weren't tightened all the way at the factory! On the two hour drive back from the dealership our 8,000 mile car breaks down. It goes into limp mode, and I had to go pick my wife up on the side of the road. Roadside assistance asks us to limp it back to our house where they will pick it up and tow it to another dealer (Kerry), closer to our home. Kerry checks out the car and informs us that a loose spark plug caused the car to go into limp mode. They also told us that they had to fill up the coolant (either Falcone never did it, or it is still broken). At this point I don't feel good about this car at all. I wan to work something fair out with them that leaves both parties happy. I have given them ample opportunity to offer something. I made my first call on 11/10/2022, and talked to Steve, and explained to him everything, and that I wanted out of the car. He told me that would be something that would have to be run by Chase Falcone (the owner's son), but he understood where I was coming from and would push for Chase to offer something to make it right. He said that he would have Chase call me back on Monday 11/14/2022. Chase did not call. I have called multiple times since then to try to work out a resolution, to no avail. I was told that Chase was out sick, every time I called back. Finally Chase called me 11/23/2022. Nine days after I was originally promised a call. The call was pretty quick, as Chase was very arrogant and quick to explain that he had no interest in helping me. He told me that they were not buying cars right now. I asked if they made any exceptions when they have sold a defective car to someone. He said they make no exceptions. He actually recommended that I sell the car to Carmax or Carvana. I was very calm and polite, but told him in a matter of fact type of way, that I was going to have to leave negative revues, that I didn't want to leave. He got very defensive, and told me that, "Threatening him doesn't work." There was no reason for his aggressive arrogant behavior. Again, these guys will treat you fine when you are buying a car. Don't expect them to care at all after the fact. More

Sales staff was confusing, had four sales people working on the sale. Each had a different story about the car. It all worked out in the end. I recently purchased a certified used 2017 Subaru Impreza from this dealership. Everything went fine until the paperwork was signed. I was told the car was being detailed and a dent was being repaired, and I from this dealership. Everything went fine until the paperwork was signed. I was told the car was being detailed and a dent was being repaired, and I tried to set up Starlink while I was waiting. I found there was an issue and a part needed to be replaced under warranty. I spoke with the sales rep, and he repeatedly told me I was wrong (I’m female, not sure if this has anything to do with it) despite me reading directly from the website. He finally talked to service and said, you’re right and the repair wasn’t done prior to sale. He gave an excuse that honestly carried no weight with it being a certified vehicle, and he said I’d need to return for the repair. At this point, I was running late for a meeting, as I had been waiting 1.5 hours for the detail they said was being done. My car was brought around, and it hadn’t been detailed. I contacted the sales rep when I got home, and he failed to follow up on scheduling the warranty repair / detail. Then, I reached out to Chase Falcone (Sales Manager and son of owner), and he assured me the car would be detailed / repaired in the same day as long as I could leave it overnight. Well, the repair ended up taking 1.5 weeks, during which I was provided a loaner. They drove my car back to me, and as soon as I get in, I realized it had NOT been detailed. It was quite obvious due to the dirt still in the speakers, black marks on the seats, sticky substance on the console, sticky residue from their bumper sticker, etc. Additionally, the local radio stations were straight static. At this point, I gave up on the detail but did have to drive my car back downtown (30 minutes) to figure out what they messed up. Apparently, when they replaced the module, they didn’t check that the clip was installed properly. I understand the “human” factor but it was interesting to me, as a service rep drove my car 30 minutes back to my house and didn’t realize the issue. I would recommend doing your Subaru business at Tom Wood after my experience with both the sales rep and sales manager flaking out on an empty promise and the multiple service issues. More
