Check engine light came on this morning. Service manual says to take the car to the dealership immediately. Didn’t have an appointment, but Mike got to me in a reasonable amount of time. Too Service manual says to take the car to the dealership immediately. Didn’t have an appointment, but Mike got to me in a reasonable amount of time. Took several hours before they could run a diagnostic. Mike arranged for someone to drive me home. When I called to check on progress being made, Mike explained in detail what was going on - everything ok, only needed to pay for the diagnostic - and scheduled someone to come pick me up. I really appreciated the time Mike took to explain everything to me. More

Mike Pfender was great, nice and got me out with my service in less than an hour. Instead of just saying my car needed a new filter, he brought it to me in the waiting room with the price for replaceme service in less than an hour. Instead of just saying my car needed a new filter, he brought it to me in the waiting room with the price for replacement for me to decide if I wanted it replaced. The waiting room is nice and has more room and more comfortable seats than other toyota dealerships I have waited at. Definitely will be going back for my future services. More
