What an incredible experience! Carla and her staff treated me like family. Sami in customer relations and the "runner" Mike were beyond amazing! I needed help and this team was there for me. I had spe treated me like family. Sami in customer relations and the "runner" Mike were beyond amazing! I needed help and this team was there for me. I had specific needs including a price point and I was provided with all that and more. I live about an hour away but chose to use this auto group because of their customer service, reputation and attention to detail. When I have any other car needs or I'm ready to purchase a new one this is the only team I'll work with. I would recommend them to anyone, actually my brother purchased a vehicle from the VW store ! Keeping it in the family as Carla does :) More

You took a chance on us back in 2010 at Country Hyundai in Greenfield you and Mike Paquette made it possible to get a NEW car . I have now been a loyal customer since then . I have purchased 5 new Hyun in Greenfield you and Mike Paquette made it possible to get a NEW car . I have now been a loyal customer since then . I have purchased 5 new Hyundai cars since 2010. My sales team is great .... Scott Peters , Mike Paquette and Frank Marvici did a wonderful job . I would also like to recognize Christopher Schultz who was not there the day we purchased this vehicle but was part of the sales teams on previous cars we purchased and did step up and help me a week later to apply for a rebate for an add on that we had purchased last time. Finally I would also like to thank Jasmine Carmenatty for setting up everything for us and helping us with any questions we had. She was pleasant and personable and knowledgeable.
