Thank you, Country Hyundai, for making my experience reserving and purchasing my Ioniq 5 so smooth. Although there were some production/delivery delays, I understand that those were outside of the loca reserving and purchasing my Ioniq 5 so smooth. Although there were some production/delivery delays, I understand that those were outside of the local dealer's control. It was great to be able to call the sales team and get updates. Even Carla generously took time out of her busy schedule to update me on the status of the car, and to help me get exactly the trim level and color that we wanted, despite very limited inventory (due to COVID). The sales agent (Tim!) brought the car to my office so that I could test drive it during my lunch break. He even volunteered to come into work during his day off to help us when our schedule was tight. Dealing with the finance team was a breeze too! My family and I just LOVE this car! I will recommend Country Hyundai to anyone looking for great service when buying a great car. The entire team went above and beyond to meet our needs and they treat you like family. More

What an incredible experience! Carla and her staff treated me like family. Sami in customer relations and the "runner" Mike were beyond amazing! I needed help and this team was there for me. I had spe treated me like family. Sami in customer relations and the "runner" Mike were beyond amazing! I needed help and this team was there for me. I had specific needs including a price point and I was provided with all that and more. I live about an hour away but chose to use this auto group because of their customer service, reputation and attention to detail. When I have any other car needs or I'm ready to purchase a new one this is the only team I'll work with. I would recommend them to anyone, actually my brother purchased a vehicle from the VW store ! Keeping it in the family as Carla does :) More

Recalls etc Came in with 7 recalls on my vehicle, and was treated very warmly. All repairs were done and my car is driving so much better.
