Non pressure family environment! Prompt friendly “can do” attitude. Although it took close to 4 lweeks to get the appointment for servicing my car, this was understandable since there is a pandemic going on. The staff at walker ford were great . Everyone wore masks, and the waiting area / lounge was exceptionally clean. It took about 2 .5 hours for my vehicle's needs which was less than I expected. They didn't try to sell me on things that were not immediately needed. I have always been impressed with their honesty and dependability when it comes to my car. More

I was quite satisfied with the work done, the service rep. and the length of time that it took to perform the repairs. However when I used to take my Cadillacs to Dimmitt Cadillac for service, they they rep. and the length of time that it took to perform the repairs. However when I used to take my Cadillacs to Dimmitt Cadillac for service, they they always ran it through their car wash before returning it to me. This is a courtesy which you may wish to consider providing. More

Mike was very friendly and helpful from our initial phone call to meeting and dropping off my truck. I was able to get my vehicle serviced same day I dropped off without an appointment. Also a few months bac call to meeting and dropping off my truck. I was able to get my vehicle serviced same day I dropped off without an appointment. Also a few months back my Rangers breaking plate was rubbing and I believe it was Mike that fixed it within 5 minutes at no charge to me without an appointment. Much appreciated service! More

I took my car in for a recall and had been told it could take up to 4 hours. I didn’t have a ride home so I had to wait. To my pleasant surprise it only took about 1 1/2 hours. I’m very thankful for that si take up to 4 hours. I didn’t have a ride home so I had to wait. To my pleasant surprise it only took about 1 1/2 hours. I’m very thankful for that since I have back and neck pain. The only problem was when the door opened and closed to the waiting room, cold air came pouring in. It would be nice to have a wall there to block the cold air from coming in. I was very pleased with the service there though. Everyone was very nice and got the job done expediently❣️Thank u❣️ More

Was there a few days ago for a PCM update on my 2011 Ford mustang GT premium because of a misfire issue. Mike had me in and out of there within 2 hours. Went up front to find the lounge ended up running into mustang GT premium because of a misfire issue. Mike had me in and out of there within 2 hours. Went up front to find the lounge ended up running into Shawna outside before I entered the build. She was very friendly asked me if I needed help. Said no at first and decided to talk to her while I waited. She was able to help me out with something I didn't even know was possible about getting an extended warranty on my car since autonation didn't offer me one. She gave me her card, the pamphlet and Brian's card..... I got phone call today from Athena I believe asking about my experience very professional over the phone and was even able to get me in contact with Vince about a potential job interview. Awesome all around I can't wait to be working there and if not I can't wait for my next service to be up just so I can go back. More
