3rd truck I will start with my truck being totaled out from accident on 8/17 (insurance totaled out on 8/21) and by 8/24 was in the same excact truck! With all the paperwork involved i thought it would be weeks before i could get a new truck, but with Harry in fianancing handling the bulk of paperwork and ford fianancing the remainder, they did a exceptional job and Harry even got my apr lowered :) Keith over at sales was able to find the same exact truck, exactly what i wanted, there was a small problem with the side mirror which was handled by Mike at service which had me in and out in about one hour on a saturday which is one of there busiest days. Don at body shop helped with the insurance end with my damaged truck. A big thanks to all, walker ford has a great team and highly recommend them. More

Great Experience After a horrible experience with a local Jeep dealership I was very apprehensive and skeptical that any dealership could make me happy but thankfully After a horrible experience with a local Jeep dealership I was very apprehensive and skeptical that any dealership could make me happy but thankfully Shawna and Walker Ford helped me to see that not all dealerships are alike. Shawna helped me find my Ford Escape and the whole sales experience was pleasant. I also recently took my new Escape for its first service appointment and I was quickly greeted and my vehicle was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. I am happy to recommend Walker to anyone and will be a loyal customer from now on. More

Best experience ever Shawna was very helpful and made sure we got the vehicles we wanted. Yes we bought a new truck and an escape. Traded in 2 vehicles. Shawna worked with our schedules, we shut the lights off one night lol. Highly recommended Walker Ford and Shawna. Oh and of recent, took car in for first oil change and tire rotation....listen to this. Made an appt and only took an hour. I was very impressed! More

Excellent sales service and review of lease agreement Brought my Escape in for standard mileage checkup. Tracey provided information regarding buying out the lease vs purchasing a new leased vehicle. Introduced me to Shawna, who explained my options for a new leased vehicle. We discussed vehicle options and lease monthly cost and she was able to meet all my requirements. Shawna was very knowledgeable about lease options and a pleasure to work with during the entire process. I would definitely recommend this dealership, including the Sales and Lease Manager, Sales Agent and Financial Manager!!! More

Paid for but they didn't rotate tires Went in for "the works" service which is a oil change and tire rotation. On my back left wheel there is a scratch from rubbing up against a curb. I Went in for "the works" service which is a oil change and tire rotation. On my back left wheel there is a scratch from rubbing up against a curb. I made a mental note of it before leaving my truck to be serviced. When I picked the truck up, the wheel with the scratch on it was still on the back left. Bottom line is they didn't rotate the tires. When I told them they didn't try to argue it all, they knew they didn't rotate them. Service rep, Michael Murray offered to give me $10 back for the tire rotation. Also when I dropped the truck off for oil change I made them aware that they "low oil pressure warning" message had been coming on. When I picked the truck up and drove off, low oil warning light came on right away. They didn't even address the issue or even tell me that for them to look at that I would need to make another appointment. Just let me drive off with low oil pressure light on which could ruin the engine. I immediately returned to dealership to speak with service manager and basically they have nothing to say other that sorry for this happening and wished we could make it right. "We can give you a free oil change next time." How about here is your money back for this oil change and tire rotation that we didn't do. Will never take a vehicle back there to be serviced. Will never go there to purchase a car or truck. Bad business practice. This is how you lose customers and future buyers. More
