Once Ed Morse Cadillac of Brandon hired Jeff Litton as the Sales Manager, Jay my sales person was able to get me the deal I wanted. Jay is patient and courteous. Via email, I negotiated through Sean (internet), who then made the appointment for me to meet with Jay. Jeff provided the details via email, saving me time. I was in the market to buy a new 2012 CTS-V in 2011. I contacted Mike in service to get a recommendation on which sales associate to talk to. Mike sent me to Dexter Manley and sure glad he did. I was out contacted Mike in service to get a recommendation on which sales associate to talk to. Mike sent me to Dexter Manley and sure glad he did. I was out of town when I decided to pull the trigger on the V and wanted a special order. I spoke with Dexter and he wasted no time on getting my new V ordered. All 3 individuals Neil, Dexter, and Mike hold the standard in what to expect from the "new" era of Cadillac. I highly recommend these individuals for the purchase or lease of a new Cadillac and to have your Cadillac serviced at Ed Morse with Mike as your service advisor. I currently have all three of my vehicles serviced at Ed Morse Brandon and when the time comes to trade in and purchase a new vehicle I will be calling Dexter and Neil to make that happen. If you want a truly eye opening experience of how the customer should be treated go to Ed Morse Cadillac of Brandon, you will not be disappointed. More

These guy were great. Mike Murphy and Carlos Noguerol made this service process very smooth. After bringing 3 of my vehicles(Hummer,Cadillac and Saturn)in for service it was an hassle-free process.Along made this service process very smooth. I HAD MY RIMS AND TIRES STOLEN FROM MY CAR IN MIAMI. HADNO IDEA WHAT TO DO AND CALLED MIKE MURPHY IN BRANDON. UNFORTUNATELY, HE WASN'T ABLE TO HELP BUT GAVE US GOOD ADVISE ON WHAT TO DO. ONCE WE GOT T HADNO IDEA WHAT TO DO AND CALLED MIKE MURPHY IN BRANDON. UNFORTUNATELY, HE WASN'T ABLE TO HELP BUT GAVE US GOOD ADVISE ON WHAT TO DO. ONCE WE GOT THE CAR BACK, A NOISE WAS HEARD ON THE DRIVE BACK. WE CALLED MIKE AND HE GOT US IN THAT DAY TO CHECK OVER THE CAR TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OKAY. THIS IS WHY WE BOUGHT THE CAR FROM ED MORSE BRANDON. THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE TO HELP. FROM THE FIRST DAY WE BOUGHT THE CAR AND THEY CONTINUE TO SERVICE THIS VEHICLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK FIRST AT ED MORSE BRANDON FOR A VEHICLE. BEGIN WITH AL CARTER, WHETHER IT IS NEW OR USED AND THEN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THESERVIE DEPARTMENT. My wife and I purchased a 2007 SRX from Ed Morse My wife and I purchased a 2007 SRX from Ed Morse (Brandon)a few years ago, and I never thought that the high level of professionalism and treat My wife and I purchased a 2007 SRX from Ed Morse (Brandon)a few years ago, and I never thought that the high level of professionalism and treatment that we received at that time could be beat, until we visited the store on July 6,2011 and met Travis Devall. We were close to purchasing a vehicle from another area dealer, but at the last minute decided to see what Ed Morse had to offer. When we met Travis, he made us feel like we were long lost friends. We spent several hours together checking numerous cars on the lot, and his product knowledge, friendliness and professionalism was exceptional. This made our decision to purchase a 2011 SRX from Travis a very easy one. The treatment and assistance that we have received from "Mike Murphy" in the Service Department over the past few years, only emphasize's the level of commitment to customer service at Ed Morse of Brandon, and played a big part in our decision. The car buying process is long and a real pain for me, but I must admit that Travis and Grant Burkel made the overall experience very pleasant.
