Reached out to Bill Kundert, Jr. not only was my issue resolved promptly, but Mr. Kundert phoned me back personally to assure me that it was being taken care of. This family owned and operated dealership now in a 3rd. generation of Kundert's, still subscribes to it's founders principals. Customer care, personal service and customer satisfaction. And as for service, 1st. class knowledgeable competent mechanics that know your Volvo. I have always found it is fixed right the first time. No need to return to address the same issue.
