Mike was very professional and honest when explaining a need for an alignment on my 2023 volvo xc60.(I was only there for a 10,000 miles service)I was surprised, but when he explained that I could have hit need for an alignment on my 2023 volvo xc60.(I was only there for a 10,000 miles service)I was surprised, but when he explained that I could have hit just one pothole to throw the car out of alignment, I remembered one that was a real doozy. In fact, I was worried that it might have caused a flat tire. It didn’t but I guess that it did damage to the alignment. I appreciated the extra time it took for Mike to explain the problem. The service was done and I really liked the car wash also. More

Antonio,Emily and Mike were knowledgeable, friendly and hospitable. Everything went well as far as the car service went. If I had any complaint at o try e we Puls be about the tired waiting area. Have been having my Volvo serviced here since I bought it almost 8 years ago. Since it was an early production model, it has had more than its share of glitches and other issues over the years. But the gang almost 8 years ago. Since it was an early production model, it has had more than its share of glitches and other issues over the years. But the gang at Kundert Volvo stands with its customers by providing caring, friendly and truly exceptional service. The result is, that at over 100,000 miles, my XC90 is still a joy to drive and performs as well as it did on day one! More
